The methodology, which represents a key element in our project, encompasses various methods and techniques for researching youth participation and engagement. Within the project, we employed different types of research methods to gather and evaluate data and results. The assessment of this information is crucial for understanding the importance of youth participation. The methodology offers various aspects of youth engagement aimed at supporting target groups, contributing to the understanding of the significance of this concept. We explored why youth participation is of vital importance and how we can organize and mobilize young people. We examined potential participants in youth groups and familiarized ourselves with the normative institutional frameworks in Bulgaria and Slovenia that influence youth participation. Additionally, we investigated existing practices and tools that support youth engagement. Last but not least, we included best practices from Bulgaria and Slovenia that can serve as inspiration and encouragement for stakeholders. These practices contribute to a broader understanding of how we can support and activate young people in our societies.
